为什么很多成功的职场人士都写晨间日记

谢邀！成功的职场人士一般都有详细的职业规划。他们会把几年后要达成的目标分解到每年、每月、甚至每天。晨间日记能帮助明确当天的工作目标，工作任务，财务规划，要见什么人，要处理什么事等。类似于当天的工作安排。当然，还可以有头天晚上突然冒出来的工作心得，奇思妙想等。每天早晨，跟心灵对话，确实可以修正自己的行为，强化自己的目标，清晰自己的思路……做到每天的工作能有条不萦，不出差错或少出差错，同时也能很好的锻炼自己的写作能力。有毅力的人可以一试。

日记，就是将每天或经常把发生的事、处理的事务或观察的东西写下来的记录,尤指个人活动、思考或感觉的每日记录。

写日记有其十分重要的意义，尤其是在写日记的这一过程，就是对自己的思想和行动的反思和审视的过程，也是促使自己改正失误或错误、提高自身各方面能力和总结经验的过程。

贵在坚持，日记对大多数人来说很难做到，本人就是一例。“难”的原因有多方面，但大多都认为每一天自身所经历的事都是“鸡毛蒜皮”，没有什么可记，日久天长也就无所谓了。

人们常说，细节决定成败。可能就是因为自身不注重日常的“细节”，不重视日常的观察和思考，也就是忽略了“日记”的真正意义，而称不上“成功人士”了。
